If you shop any of these stores (none are local to my area) this sounds like a NeatO coupon program. You register your loyalty cards at the Shortcut$ website. Pick out the coupons of your choice then shop w/ your loyalty card. The coupons will automatically deduct from your total! I hope my stores get a program like this soon, what a great way to save paper and printer ink.
